Doula Services Add-On

I offer Birth + Postpartum Doula Services to families as an add-on only to Birth Photography!

Birth work is unlike anything else I’ve done, and the power and rawness and love and beauty is unmatched. I very much believe in the power of photos and the work I do there - my art - so I cannot imagine being in a birth space without my camera!

What is a Doula?

Doulas provide non-judgmental emotional and even physical support to families throughout pregnancy and labor. The relationship starts during prenatal time and extends throughout delivery and into the postnatal time period. They empower birth partners in the birth space to have the confidence to give support to Mom during this deeply transformative time!

Doulas help to bridge the gap of communication between families and their provider.

As a doula, my goal is that you both enter and later look back on your birth feeling loved, cared-for, and supported.

Doula Services

• 2 Prenatal visits (one of which includes a complimentary mini-maternity session!)

• “Preparing for Birth” guidebook of resources and information to form your Birth Plan, which we will review together

• Desired photography coverage of birth and up to 2 hours postpartum

• On Call starting at week 38 of your pregnancy

• Present for physical/emotional/informative support during labor, delivery and post delivery (about 2 hours after birth)

• 1 Postpartum visit
